The key project of us in this year is Pacific Place Plaza Building at 83B, Ly Thuong Kiet Street, Hanoi. Pacific Place is a well-known luxury building Project in Hanoi, invested by Ever Fortune, Designed & Engineered by Archetype Vietnam Ltd.
Ehome is named as the general sub-contractor of Architectural Interior and Decoration Works under management of Vinata International Joint-Venture Ltd., who is known as the Main Contractor. Ehome scope of work in this Project includes supply & installation of False Ceiling (gypsum ceiling), Wall & Floor Tiles (Ceramic & Granite), Painting, Timber Doors and Ironmongery, Bamboo Floor (installation only), Sanitary Wares (installationonly). Our Contract Cost is about 1.6 million US dollars and scheduled to complete beginning of next year (2007)
